Anyone like The Cure?
Another of my fave bands whom I've seen several times.
Jack
P.S. In the 'A Strange Day' video you see a fleeting image (which appears twice) which was Robert Smith's homage to Bowie. Eagle eyed viewers who spot it win a chocolate watch simply by sending admin a 'pm'. Lol And of course I have to play this ...

I first got into them listening to a compilation of their hits and I do really like their first album it seems quite different from Pornography and more rocky.

Always remember buying Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me KV which was a double vinyl album which looked and smelled glorious! (Well I have stated previous that I'm old school Lol)
Bought it on CD a few years ago and was most unimpressed by the little single CD (Even though the music was still glorious)
I've never gotten round to buying the deluxe versions as it's mainly just Bowie I do that with so no doubt your The Cure collection will surpass mine very soon KV.

I've told myself that I can only start buying records once I actually buy a record player but if I saw one I really wanted for a bargain I'd probably get it anyway I don't usually buy deluxe stuff but it was just £2 more and I really like listening to demos and instrumental versions.

Think the last deluxe editions I bought were N.I.N./Tubeway Army & Adam Ant.
I love hearing songs in their embryonic form (ie rough demos etc)
A gorgeous The Cure song with a rather crap video for your enjoyment.

Oh that would be ideal, I may look on amazon or ebay sometime and then ask my mum if I can play some of her old T-Rex vinylls that are hidden someplace. and I hope you have a nice anniversary

Electric Warrior would be a good call KV for a first play. Am I allowed to go off topic on my own threads?
