This is the thread where everyone can put me to shame as most of my vinyl bootleg collection was wiped out many moons ago by a burst pipe so is very limited.

Of course you know the first bootleg I'm gonna post.

Even although I used to have loads of vinyl bootlegs,I was never the biggest fan of them as I'd probably just play them once to record to tape then just look at them forevermore.

Saying that, these ones are the ones I loved and cherished most,maybe because they were my first bootleg purchases as a mad sad young Bowiephile from my earnings as a paperboy.

Needless to say these were the ones I had to repurchase once I'd grown up and got a job due to them being played to death.

Well, three of the above four I owned as well (not Bowie Wonder); the first two I purchased through the then Dutch David Bowie Fanclub, who also got me tickets to the '76 show; bless them! They had very weird radio intermezzos, I seem to remember; and the last one had a hole that wasn't quite in the middle... All sold, by the way, mp3 is good enough for me.

Been years since I played any of my bootleg vinyl as it's all been transferred to digital or bought on released CDs like below.

Was never a fan of the bootleggers artwork ie using the wrong time era images and using the wrong song titles etc etc.
Saying that I have a fondness for this one as they put a bit of effort into it.
