Would have loved to have seen a DD gig. Pretty certain that my mom wouldn't have let me go though, even if he'd toured the UK - she put her foot down on the Ziggy tour and wouldn't let me go to '76 tour either. It wasn't until 1978 that she finally allowed me to go - probably because by then I'd have gone anyway, permission or not!

You never know on the DVD front - Tony Zanetta did tell me in the interview he did for Bowie Zone that every show on the DD tour was filmed in full. Would be awesome to see some proper footage. I think Bowie himself has all the film footage.

It's well known that Bowie really never liked the look he had in '74 and I think it's that reason more than any other that has kept him from releasing any footage to date.

don t know why there are some who stay out of these pics.i love how marvallous David looked in 74 even thought he was most of the time pinned & depressed but always a great performer ,disciplined in his work.never floped it on stage even when he has a bit drunk(fame,spul train 76)
