A lot of folx kinda slate The Glass Spider Tour as they're free to do but I thought at the time it was superb!
I never thought I'd get to see Bowie live with some of the theatrics that accompanied The Diamond Dog Tour and never thought at the time I'd ever get to hear Bowie live doing Big Brother,All The Madmen or Sons Of the Silent Age or this one ....
The only little niggle I remember having at the time was that due to the curfews every show of the U.K.tour started too early when it was still daylight which made the stage lighting redundant for most of the first half of the gigs.

I remember being at that gig and sitting behind Mick Hucknall' .. Terence trent D'arby was the support along with Alison Moya...... D'arby's band were superb........ As has been said before in this thread' it was a joy to hear Bowie do some of the Songs I thought I would never hear him do live again

You mean you actually SIT at gigs J?
I really liked Terence Trent D'arby at the time but don't think I seen his set at this gig.
More than likely I was still in some bar full of Bowie fans at the time. (Or was that the Sound+Vision tour or both?)

I was at this gig, though I was so far back I watched the screens, as all I could see on stage was a little figure moving around. But hearing All the Madmen, Time, and Big Brother live, was worth it. My first son was born The Next Day, ? I named him Damien...yeah, from The Omen. First Bowie, then a newborn baby... That's why this gig will always mean a lot. I mean... Bowie, AND a baby! Kooks man! Namaste peeps.
